Introduction
Marstar Canada is proud to further the shooting sports through supporting and sponsoring various competitions and other activites related to the recreational firearms community (RFC). This section outlines the events we are sponsoring and also provides a brief summary of the events after they are finished.
We welcome the opportunity to promote, sponsor, and sometimes attend shooting events and gun/militaria shows: feel free to contact us if you, your organization, or someone you know is holding a firearms and/or militaria-related event - we'd love to hear about it!

EESA Blastoff 8 Military Handgun/Rifle Shoot
On Saturday June 6, 2009. Open to all military rifles and handguns such as Garands, Enfields, AR-15s, Mausers, Walther P38s, Lugers, 1911(A1)s, etc. Several different classes and relays. Shoot opens at 09:00hrs. at the East Elgin Sportsmens' Association in Aylmer, Ontario. |

On May 19-21, 2006 the Red Mountain Renegades (formerly Mission Frontier Shootists) host the 6th annual 'Shootout at the Ridge' at the Mission & District Rod & Gun Club in Mission, B.C. Marstar is proud to sponsor this event and the Cowboy Action Shooting community. |

On Saturday May 27, 2006 the Vankleek Hill Gun Club (located approximately one hour from Ottawa and Montreal) is hosting a Lumberjack Shoot and barbeque. There will be a door prize, a special draw, and prizes for each of the top three competitors. Members and guests of current members are welome: a cover charge of $10.00 applies. |

From June 17 to June 25, 2006 the Canadian Recondo Group is holding Recondo School, a week long camping and hands-on series of seminars covering a wide range of military and outdoor knowledge from some of the world's finest instructors. Open to all from total beginners to experienced current and former military, law enforcement, etc. |

From July 14 to July 17, 2006 the DCRA is conductiong their annual NSCC, a series of matches where civilian members of the DCRA may compete against Canadian and foreign law enforcement and military shooting teams. Marstar Canada will have an exhibit and is an event sponsor. |
