The
legendary Browning machine gun design that has seen service in
practically every conflict after the first world war as now
available for your arms exhibit, movie use, or research project.
Its reliability was such that this design became a benchmark to
which many subsequent designs were compared.

The
1919A4 ended up practically everywhere: in aircraft, armoured
vehicles, on ships, and in the hands of infantry units in
several of the world's armies. Its trademark silhouette is so
ingrained in the public conscience that it, above all others, it
associated with the term 'machine gun' - a fitting tribute to
John Moses Browning, its designer.

|
The
list of modern battlefields where the Browning 1919A4 machine
gun would NOT be encountered is far shorter than a list of all
combat venues which involved this famous machine gun would be.
These surfaced nearly everywhere that one or both opposing
armies received U.S. aid at one time or another.
