|
While
we welcome visitors to this section of our site who only wish to
do research or window shop, the following should be foremost
in the minds of anyone wishing to contact us about purchasing
these weapons:
|
|
|
a)
We will NOT discuss sales with ANYONE
without first receiving proper documentation, licenses,
permits, etc. indicating their eligibility to purchase, possess,
and (if applicable) import these items into their country (for
U.S. clients this means having an A.T.F. approved
Form 6 with all its associated documentation: authorization to
deal in NFA transferable firearms already within the U.S. is not
the same as being cleared to import “post ‘86”
automatic weapons!).
|
|
|
b)
Any
and all documentation we receive will without exception
be forwarded to the Canadian Firearms
Centre (federal registrar) and/or the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (federal law enforcement) for
verification. As is the case with any firearms
purchase in Canada, these agencies handle transfer
authorization: this means we cannot proceed with any
firearms transaction without their prior approval.
|
|
|
c)
In the case of an American A.T.F. Form 6 approval for the
importation of automatic and/or destructive weapons, we will
without exception verify said documents’ authenticity with the
U.S. A.T.F. before proceeding. The same holds true for
verification of any automatic weapons importation permits with
the foreign government who issued them.
|
|
|
d)
If you are unsure whether you or your business is authorized to
purchase and inventory prohibited weapons, you probably
aren’t. If you wish to inquire about obtaining permits for
such, please contact the C.F.C. (Canada), the A.T.F. (United
States), or the appropriate law enforcement agency (foreign
clients).
|
|
|
e) ALL
firearms shown are registered with and kept track of by the Canadian
Firearms Centre (federal registrar).
We must obtain their clearance before
transferring ownership (read “selling”) them to anyone. We
must first obtain a permit to export from our bureau of Foreign
Affairs before shipping them out of Canada. We CANNOT and WILL
NOT “just send them.” Do not waste your time and
ours by asking.
|
|
|
|
f)
Marstar Canada has special licenses from the Canadian government
for the acquisition, inventorying, import, and export of
prohibited weapons. We continue to maintain these licenses
because we have never deviated from government-approved
procedures.
