The factory ported BUL M-5 V-Jet takes the Government model to the next level. Featuring a specially engineered integral dual ported slide and barrel, the V-Jet reduces recoil and muzzle rise, conferring faster initial recovery, a shorter split time, and increased accuracy during rapid fire – advantages appreciated by serious professionals both on the firing line and in the line of fire. Best of all, the BUL M-5 V-Jet accomplishes all this without adding any length or weight to the handgun, allowing it to fit in most 1911A1 holsters.

The M-5 V-Jet incorporates all the features of BUL Transmark’s fully loaded 'basic' Government model: high profile front and rear sights, oval-type 'skeletonized' hammer, lightweight 'skeletonized' trigger tuned to 3.5-4.0lbs, ‘no bushing’ cone-type stainless steel ramped heavy barrel, full-length recoil spring guide, extended safety, contoured high profile stainless beavertail grip safety, checkered front strap, flat checkered mainspring housing, beveled mag well, and more!
