Pedersoli Smooth Bore Muskets
Pedersoli ‘Brown Bess’ Muskets
The British 'Brown Bess' smoothbore musket is the most famous firearm of its type ever produced. It was
the mainstay of the English army for almost a hundred years and saw service throughout the known world.
The Long Land Pattern Musket and its close cousin the Short Land Musket figure prominently in the history
of England and its colonies. Presented 'in the white' as it would have been issued during the American
War of Independence, the Pedersoli Brown Bess has a lock marked 'Grice 1762.'
Pedersoli Indian Trade Muskets
Relive the early days of the North American frontier with Pedersoli's Indian Trade Musket! Lighter, handier,
and better balanced than the military muskets of the era, these well-made muskets share the same elegant lines
as fine European hunting arms but in a more basic (and affordable) finish as supplied to Indians and early fur
traders given the harsh use for which they were intended.
