All of our products are covered by our Ironclad Guarantee: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately to arrange return for refund, credit, or exchange on the full value of the product(s). Goods must be returned in original, unaltered condition by the original purchaser and must be received by Marstar no later than 30 days after the original shipping date for Canadian orders, or no later than 45 days after the original shipping date for U.S. and foreign orders. Important: never ship anything to Marstar without contacting us first (click here for instructions on returning items to us). We will not accept unexpected shipments for security reasons and will not be responsible for postage and handling charges on parcels that have not been properly shipped.
The return of any firearm, to Marstar, for any reason:
You MUST include a copy of the registration certificate.
If you are sending a restricted or prohibited firearm to Marstar
you MUST included a copy of the Authorization to Transport (ATT).
Failure to comply will result in the immediate return of your firearm,
at your cost, without addressing the reason for return.
Please Note: Performing modifications/alterations to a product and/or causing its condition to decrease will void its warranty. Out of professional courtesy we will not deal with third parties: if you purchased and/or received our products from someone (DEALER) other than Marstar please have them contact us directly.
All warranty condition apply ONLY to the original private purchaser (not dealers). Warranty issues or claims from a third party purchaser will be considered on a case by case basis.
