Ordering Firearms from Marstar Canada

Important: we do not have an automated shopping cart on our site because all orders for firearms, controlled firearms parts, ammunition, etc. require manual verification and processing of licenses.

Information for Canadian Clients

All firearms must be transferred and approved by the federal government before they are packaged and shipped to their new owners.

All Canadian individuals and businesses must have a valid firearms licence for the category of firearm(s) being purchased (non-restricted, restricted and/or specific classes of prohibited firearms) in order to acquire firearms. All orders for firearms and receivers for firearms must include the individual's Possession and Acquisition Licence (P.A.L.) number or a copy of the business' C.F.C. issued business firearms licence must be on file with Marstar.

Information for American and Foreign Clients

American Clients: all firearms orders (including firearms clssified as 'C&R') must without exception be accompanied by an approved B.A.T.F. Form 6 import permit in compliance with U.S. federal law. Please note firearms shipments must be sent by air cargo security shipment (rates start at approximately $300.00 USD) because land-based courier companies will not truck firearms across the Canada/U.S. border.

Foreign Clients: all firearms orders must without exception be accompanied by an approved import permit issued by your country's government. Please note firearms shipments must be sent by air cargo security shipment (rates start at approximately $300.00 USD).
